Delete your Zinare account

You can permanently delete your Zinare account and associated personal data at any time.
Deleting your account is irreversible – you will lose your profile, projects, messages, and any other content linked to your account.

Delete your account from within the app

1. Open the Zinare app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Edit

3. Tap Close Account and follow the confirmation steps.

4. Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request deletion by email
If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, you may email us:

Send an email to support@zinare.com from the email address associated with your Zinare account with the subject:
“Delete my Zinare account”

We will verify your request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, and we’ll send you a confirmation email.
