ZINARE – TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Zinare, operated by Zinare LLC (“Zinare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zinare mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use Zinare.

1. ABOUT ZINARE

Zinare is a purpose-driven platform where individuals share ideas, causes, and goals (“Purposes”), and connect with others who wish to support, collaborate, or contribute. We exist to help users bring meaning into action — to gather around shared values and projects, and build something positive together.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Zinare.
By using the Service, you represent that:

• You can form a binding contract with Zinare LLC

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• You are not barred from using the Service under any U.S. or international law.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or other authentication method (such as Google or Apple Sign-In).
You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information.

• Maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately at support@zinare.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

4. USER CONTENT

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post — text, images, audio, video, links, or other materials (“User Content”).
By posting, you grant Zinare LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

4.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post.
You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or third-party right (including copyright or privacy rights).

• Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or explicit material.

• Promotes violence, discrimination, or misinformation.

• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents affiliation.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these guidelines at our discretion.

5. PURPOSES, CONNECTIONS, AND INTERACTIONS

Zinare facilitates the creation and discovery of “Purposes” — user-generated goals, projects, or initiatives.
When you create or join a Purpose, you acknowledge that:

• Zinare is not a fiduciary, broker, or intermediary for financial or contractual commitments among users.

• Any collaboration, donation, or exchange occurs directly between users.

• Zinare is not responsible for verifying user identity, qualifications, or contributions.

Exercise caution and due diligence when engaging with others.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Our community thrives on mutual respect. By participating, you agree to:

• Interact with empathy and honesty.

• Give credit and seek consent before sharing others’ work.

• Report inappropriate content or abuse using in-app tools or via support@zinare.com.

• Avoid spam, bots, or repetitive promotional content.

Violation of these principles may result in content removal or account suspension.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see below).
By using Zinare, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described there.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS (if applicable)

Some features may be available through premium tiers or in-app purchases.
By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and applicable taxes.

• Abide by Apple App Store or Google Play payment policies.

• Understand that purchases are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.

• Engage in harmful or illegal conduct.

• Infringe others’ rights or abuse the Service.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, but relevant provisions (like Ownership, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution) remain in effect.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, and service names associated with Zinare are owned by Zinare LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Zinare is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.
Your use is at your own risk.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinare LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

• Any conduct or content of users.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service in the previous 12 months.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zinare LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We aim to resolve issues amicably.
Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at support@zinare.com.
Any unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to be conducted in English, in Florida.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the date above or through the app.
Continued use of Zinare after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
